Services and Price List
Because each client's needs are unique, actual fees are determined once all tasks have been
defined. We will work together to establish the most cost-effect method to complete your project.

All time worked is monitored in QuickBooks Pro Time Tracking and itemized on your invoice.

If you do not see a service listed please do not hesitate to ask.  I am willing to work with you to
deliver a product that is suited to your needs.

Expenses over and above what is included to complete a project will be billed separately and
itemized on the customer statement.

Additional time/expenses will not be undertaken without written approval of the client.

If you require on-site presence an hourly rate increase applies.  (This excludes being on-site for training
or consultation.)  


    *Hourly rates: 1 hour minimum – excess billed in 15 minute increments

Premium rate applies only to projects specifically requested for:

  • Completion during daily evening hours (after 6:00 pm) and weekend hours.
  • Priority handling  (immediate completion) - only considered when impact does not affect active
